What Gets Counted
Words: Any sequence of characters separated by spaces. Hyphenated words count as one word.
Characters with spaces: Every character including letters, numbers, punctuation, and spaces.
Characters without spaces: All characters except spaces.
Sentences: Text segments ending with . ! or ?
Paragraphs: Text blocks separated by blank lines.
Letter Frequency: Count of each letter A-Z (case-insensitive).

In typical English text, letters appear with different frequencies:
- Most common: E, T, A, O, I, N, S, H, R
- Least common: Z, Q, X, J, K, V, B, P, Y, G
- E is the most common letter - appearing about 12% of the time
- Z is the least common letter - appearing less than 0.1% of the time
